FindMyDirtBike (findmydirtbike.com, the “site”) is owned and operated by Unwrap Design (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
01What the site is
FindMyDirtBike is a free reference catalog of dirt bike specifications. You can browse, filter and compare bikes by year, displacement, weight, seat height, suspension, price and other specs. No account is needed and nothing is sold on the site.
02Where the specs come from
Most specs are extracted from manufacturers’ owner’s manuals and other official (OEM) publications. That extraction is partly automated, with software reading the manual and pulling out each value. Where a value came from a manual, it is cited to its page: the source button next to the spec shows the manual page it was taken from, with the relevant passage highlighted. Some values, such as MSRP, come from manufacturers’ websites or other public web sources instead and carry no manual citation. Bike descriptions and FAQs are generated with automated tools from the same sources. Bike photos are gathered from manufacturer and other public sources.
03Information is provided “as is”
We work to keep the data accurate, but specs, prices and manual excerpts on the site may contain errors, may be incomplete or out of date, and can differ by market, model year revision or production batch. Extraction from manuals can misread a value or attach it to the wrong model. Prices are manufacturer’s suggested retail prices where known, exclude taxes, fees and dealer charges, and are not offers to sell.
Always check specs against the manufacturer, your official owner’s or service manual, or an authorised dealer before making any purchase, maintenance or safety decision. Torque values, fluid capacities, tyre pressures, service intervals and similar figures in particular must come from the official documentation for your exact bike.
Off-road motorcycling is dangerous. Nothing on the site is professional, mechanical or safety advice.
04Manuals, trademarks and other people’s content
Owner’s manuals, manual page images and excerpts, brand names, model names, logos and product photos belong to their respective manufacturers and other rights holders. We show limited excerpts of manual pages solely to cite where a spec came from; the manual files themselves aren’t distributed through the site. FindMyDirtBike is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer or brand shown on it. Brand names are used only to identify their products.
If you own rights in material shown on the site and want it removed or credited, or you’ve spotted a wrong spec, let Unwrap Design know with the page URL and what’s wrong or what you own. We review every takedown and correction request and act on valid ones promptly.
05Our content
Apart from the third-party material above, the site’s design, code, text, and the compilation and organisation of the catalog are ours. You’re welcome to read, link to and share pages, and to quote individual specs for personal or non-commercial use with a link back.
06Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download specs, manual images, photos or other content by automated means (bots, scripts, spiders or similar), or otherwise extract a substantial part of the catalog, without our written permission (ordinary search-engine indexing is fine);
- bypass, defeat or automate the human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) or rate limits that protect manual source previews, or reuse the short-lived links they return;
- republish, resell or build a competing database from the site’s content;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or overload it with requests;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.
07Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party services, such as Cloudflare for human verification and image storage, and may link to manufacturer or other external sites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for them; their own terms apply. See our Privacy Policy for what they receive.
08Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unwrap Design and its owners, staff and contractors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or property, or for personal injury, arising from your use of or reliance on the site or its content, including any purchase, maintenance, repair or riding decision. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. We may also change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Unwrap Design is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
