Your flat-foot height is your inseam plus about 1½″ of boot sole, plus about 2″ the seat sinks when you sit on it. Seat under that: both feet flat. Up to 2″ over: balls of your feet. Up to 4″: tiptoes. More: one foot down. Suspension settings, seat foam and lowering links change it, so treat it as a guide.
Same scale, same rear axle: where they overlap they're the same size. Tap a bike to pull it forward.
